I brought my daughter today because we were unhappy with the dentist she has been seeing for the past few years. We are so happy and grateful to have been to Aspen. We were able to come up with an affordable plan to get her work done. Everything was explained to us and a timeline was broken down. Completely recommend them!

I as many others hate the dentist, the unknown cost/care, the shame of condition of teeth, and it’s overall not fun. Well I have an infected tooth and have procrastinated my dental visit for over 2 years. I was no longer established with a local dentist and found myself at urgent care earlier in July. As they prescribed me an antibiotic for my infection they recommended Aspen Dental to support solving the problem. Today was my initial visit; I was terrified of cost, treatment, and additional findings. The staff were SO KIND, emphatic, understanding, and educational. The doctor was awesome he gave me sound advice and heard my story. The hygienist Mary Anne is the bees knees so freaking sweet and supportive. After my visit we had a plan. Now the money talk. As we know care is never cheap and after my insurance paid their portion I still owe a good chunk but financing was so easy and multiple plans have 0 interest. I could not be more appreciative for my visit and the staff at this location. Thank you for helping me on a better dental health path!

Pleasant staff. The dentist and dental assistant that worked with me were both awesome. The front desk staff was nice and made sure that I understood everything going on. Glad to have found this office, and will definitely be my go to place for all dental needs.

Everyone was very friendly. They offered dental insurance which i got which helped alot. Jennifer my hygienist was the best. I told Jennifer about my past experience at amother dentist and she made sure every few minutes to see if it was doing OK. This is the first time in a very long time my teeth didn't hurt and I didn't get sick after getting my teeth cleaned . I even made a 6 month cleaning appointment with Jennifer. It's been over 10 years since my last cleaning.

Not a single employee told me the process of having all 32 teeth removed and after reading the other comments of the lady having a seizure really set in how little they care to review the dental procedure before you just sign the check over! I’ve called to have an adjustment done and the response I got from the receptionist was absolutely unprofessional. Stating that I’d have to wait knowing that I’ve gotten ulcers from the dentures. Again none of the staff is friendly or compassionate! The dentist however did complete the procedure within a timely manner. Never told me not to bend over for any extended period of time. Never told me I should be sleeping without the dentures regularly. Never told me any type of signal to let them know I was in pain during the procedure. Then after we had an incident where I was in pain decided that was the time to reprimand me cause I reacted to the pain. Also decided then was a good time to inform me that if I swallow any part of a tooth they have to send the patient to the hospital to have it removed from my stomach, then we’d have to come back and continue! They say ask questions, what questions am I supposed to know to ask! It’s your job as medi
